Draft, Negotiate, Execute

• Craft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of technology agreements, including SaaS, PaaS, EULAs, reseller contracts, and privacy terms.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams in product and development to shape legal strategies to the nuances of each platform.

Strategic Legal Advisory

• Provide counsel on intellectual property rights, open-source software issues, and data use frameworks.
• Advise on legal risk in cloud computing environments, cross-border data transfer, and new product rollouts.

Compliance & Innovation

• Monitor global tech regulation changes and proactively shape our compliance roadmap.
• Deliver pragmatic, business-friendly guidance on software licensing models and vendor negotiations.
