Key Responsibilities

• Offer strategic legal counsel on business activities, contracts, and operational initiatives.
• Draft and review a range of legal documents, including licensing agreements, NDAs, and service-level contracts

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an in-house counsel, legal advisor, or compliance specialist
• Proficiency with regulatory frameworks in business, intellectual property, employment, and/or digital compliance
• Familiarity with cross-border business law and international transactions
• Exceptional research, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Ability to translate legal language into actionable guidance for non-legal teams
• Strong ethical compass and a pragmatic mindset
• Juris Doctor or equivalent legal qualification and active legal license in at least one jurisdiction
