Key Responsibilities
🧠 Legal-Tech Collaboration
- Partner with legal teams to manage eDiscovery matters from data identification to document production.
- Provide consultative guidance on best practices, defensibility, and compliance standards.
🛠 Hands-On Case Management
- Oversee the intake, processing, and culling of electronically stored information (ESI).
- Coordinate early case assessments (ECA) and keyword searches across platforms.
📊 Data Integrity and Compliance
- Ensure data integrity through quality control and audit procedures.
- Align processes with privacy laws and industry regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
🤝 Team Support
- Offer guidance and insight to junior team members.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in eDiscovery or litigation support
- Familiarity with at least one central eDiscovery platform (Relativity, Everlaw, Logikcull, etc.)
- Understanding of data privacy rules, information governance, and ESI protocols
- Clear, practical communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical thinking and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated independence and reliability in a remote work environment
Preferred Attributes (Not Mandatory)
- Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) or ACEDS certification
- Experience supporting government or corporate investigations
- Knowledge of data processing tools like Nuix or FTK
- A background in law, paralegal studies, or information systems
