Key Responsibilities
Contract Drafting and Negotiation
- Draft, review, and negotiate entertainment contracts, including talent agreements, production deals, licensing contracts, and distribution agreements

Legal Advisory and Strategy
- Provide sound legal guidance to clients on compliance, rights clearance, and IP issues in film, TV, music, and digital content.
- Advise on advertising, sponsorship, and influencer-related matters across social media platforms.
- Conduct risk assessments and legal audits to help mitigate litigation exposure.
Intellectual Property and Rights Management
- Support clients in protecting and enforcing copyright, trademark, and publicity rights.
- Guide emerging artists and studios through copyright registrations and brand licensing processes.
- Address issues around content ownership, royalties, and revenue sharing
Industry Research and Regulatory Monitoring
- Stay up-to-date on evolving entertainment laws, union regulations, and global digital content regulations.
- Interpret and analyze evolving trends like NFTs, AI-generated content, and blockchain licensing in media.

Qualifications and Skills
