Position Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Communication Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

1. System Analysis and Design:
   • Evaluate current communication systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements and business needs.
   • Develop detailed technical specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements.
   • Design communication systems that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
2. Implementation and Integration:
   • Oversee the deployment of communication systems, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
   • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate communication solutions.
   • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues and optimize performance.
   • Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
3. Project Management:
   • Lead projects related to communication systems, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
   • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
   • Prepare and present status reports to management and stakeholders.
   • Manage risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
   • Continuously monitor the performance of communication systems, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks.
   • Analyze system usage data and performance metrics to recommend improvements.
   • Implement updates and enhancements to improve system efficiency and reliability.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for communication systems, including system architecture, configurations, and user guides.
   • Generate regular reports on system performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives.
   • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all documentation.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   • Work closely with IT teams, management, and other departments to understand their communication needs and requirements.

   • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
7. Technology Research and Development:
   • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in communication technologies.

   • Recommend innovative solutions and strategies to enhance communication systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in communication systems analysis, design, and implementation.
• Proven expertise in analyzing and improving communication systems and processes.
• Strong knowledge of communication technologies, including VoIP, video conferencing, and messaging platforms.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for communication systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in communication systems or project management (e.g., PMP, ITIL).
