Job Summary:
Naukri Mitra seeks an enthusiastic and dynamic Community Coordinator to join our team remotely. This role is central to fostering a vibrant, engaged, collaborative community within our organization and with our partners. The Community Coordinator will build relationships, manage community initiatives, and ensure a seamless communication flow between stakeholders. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Community Engagement:
    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance community engagement and foster collaboration.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Organize virtual events, webinars, and activities to strengthen the community bond.
    • Facilitate discussions and encourage participation across community forums and platforms.
  2. Content and Communication:
    • Create, curate, and share engaging content to keep the community informed and inspired.
    • Draft newsletters, announcements, and updates that resonate with the community’s needs and interests.
    • Monitor and respond to social media activities related to the community and organization.
  3. Partnerships and Collaboration:
    • Build strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and relevant organizations.
    • Identify opportunities for collaboration and implement initiatives to maximize mutual benefits.
    • Act as a liaison between the community and the organization’s leadership.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track, analyze, and report on community engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
    • Provide actionable insights based on data to refine community strategies.
  5. Operational Management:
    • Develop and maintain a detailed calendar of community events and activities.
    • Manage community budgets effectively to deliver impactful results within allocated resources.
    • Ensure all community-related initiatives align with organizational goals and values.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community management, customer relations, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using community management tools, social media platforms, and content creation software.
  • Analytical skills to interpret engagement data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
