About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Contract Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a keen ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various roles and levels. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates. Proactively search for passive candidates and build a pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications. Perform initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Ensure a smooth and efficient interview process, providing timely communication and updates to all parties involved.
- Candidate Experience: Enhance the candidate experience by providing clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, and ensure candidates receive a high level of service.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms as needed, and facilitate the offer acceptance process. Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire. Provide insights and recommendations for improving the recruitment process based on data analysis.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment. Experience in a remote or virtual recruiting environment is highly desirable.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques. Familiarity with various applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.
- Technology: Proficiency in using remote communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
