What You Will Do
Uncover Intelligence Hidden in Data
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of predictive models and data pipelines using real-world datasets.
- Identify and interpret trends, anomalies, and actionable insights across structured and unstructured data.
- Partner across diverse technical and business units to deliver impactful data-driven initiatives that align with business goals.
- Apply deep statistical methods and A/B testing to inform high-stakes decisions.
Drive High-Impact Projects
- Partner with engineering, product, and strategy teams to shape data-centric product features.
- Build scalable algorithms for recommendation systems, customer segmentation, and performance forecasting.
- Translate analytical findings into visual narratives that influence stakeholders.
- Create and maintain data dashboards to track KPIs, ensuring measurable outcomes.
Cultivate Technical Excellence
- Develop clean, efficient Python, R, or Scala codebases using version control tools like Git.
- Work with cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data ingestion and machine learning model deployment.
- Use containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes for reproducible experimentation.
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and internal documentation for knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For
Core Competencies
- Demonstrated experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling (3+ years preferred).
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related quantitative field.
- Strong foundation in probability, linear algebra, and optimization algorithms.
- Proficiency in data exploration, data cleaning, and feature engineering.
