2. Change Management Leadership

- Develop and implement tools and frameworks for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Drive organizational readiness for digital transformation, preparing teams for new systems, processes, and cultural shifts.
3. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
