Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management and Coordination:
- Lead and coordinate digital health programs from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital health solutions.
- Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders involved in digital health programs, including healthcare providers, technology vendors, and patients.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.
- Organize and lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support program objectives and stakeholder engagement.
- Program Evaluation and Improvement:
- Develop and implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness and impact of digital health programs.
- Analyze program data and metrics to identify trends, improvement areas, and innovation opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on program outcomes, successes, and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all digital health programs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Develop and enforce quality assurance processes to maintain high program delivery and performance standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure programs remain current and effective.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Oversee program budgets, including tracking expenditures, forecasting needs, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Manage procurement and contracts for digital health tools and services, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Identify and secure additional resources or support as needed to enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Team Support:
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
- Work closely with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for digital health.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Information Technology, or a related field; Masterโs degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or management, focusing on digital health or healthcare technology.
- Strong understanding of digital health technologies, telemedicine, electronic health records, and data analytics.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to develop detailed plans, manage budgets, and track progress.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and communication, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality improvement.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software and digital health tools.
