Position Overview:

We seek an experienced and innovative Digital Learning Strategist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and educational objectives.
    • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in current learning solutions and propose enhancements.
    • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in digital learning to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge and effective.
  2. Content Design and Development:
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop engaging, interactive, and pedagogically sound digital learning content.
    • Oversee the creation of multimedia learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive simulations.
    • Ensure all content is accessible, inclusive, and adheres to best practices in digital education.
  3. Technology Integration:
    • Evaluate and recommend digital learning tools and platforms that align with organizational needs and learning objectives.
    • Oversee integrating various learning management systems (LMS) and digital tools into existing workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Technology, or a related field. Masterโ€™s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital learning, instructional design, or a related role, with a proven track record of successful project management and strategy development.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital learning technologies, including learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools, and multimedia production.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
