Digital Learning Strategist

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Digital Learning Strategist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive digital learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in current learning offerings and recommend improvements.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital learning to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.
- Instructional Design:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging, interactive, and pedagogically sound digital learning content.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create course materials, multimedia elements, and assessments that enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
- Ensure all content is accessible and inclusive, meets diverse learner needs, and adheres to best practices in universal design.
- Platform Management:
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of digital learning platforms and tools.
- Manage the integration of learning technologies with existing systems to streamline processes and improve user experience.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to users as needed.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage digital learning projects from conception through execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, set milestones, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data related to digital learning programs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and present reports on learning outcomes, engagement metrics, and other relevant indicators.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and enhance learning strategies.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to staff and learners on using digital learning tools and platforms.
- Develop and deliver workshops, webinars, and instructional materials to facilitate effective use of digital resources.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries and support related to digital learning initiatives.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with stakeholders, including educators, trainers, and learners, to gather feedback and ensure alignment with learning objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating communication and cooperation among team members and departments.
- Represent the digital learning function in meetings, conferences, and other professional settings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital learning, instructional design, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering digital learning solutions, including e-learning modules, virtual classrooms, and blended learning experiences.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
- Experience with data analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital learning.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in instructional design or related areas (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance).
- Experience with gamification and interactive learning techniques.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and accessibility standards.
Working Conditions:
- This fully remote position allows flexibility in work location and schedule.
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or team-building activities.
