Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital learning strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in current digital learning offerings and recommend solutions.
- Content Development:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning materials.
- Oversee the design and development of multimedia content, including e-learning modules, videos, and instructional materials.
- Technology Integration:
- Evaluate and recommend digital learning tools and platforms to enhance the learner experience.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in digital learning, assessing their potential impact on our initiatives.
- Learner Engagement:
- Implement strategies to enhance learner engagement and motivation in digital environments.
- Monitor and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve digital learning offerings.
- Data Analysis:
- Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital learning programs and make informed decisions for improvement.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital learning initiatives.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and instructional design, to ensure seamless integration of digital learning solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff on best practices in digital learning.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital learning products.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Masterโs degree preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital learning strategy, instructional design, or e-learning development.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital content delivery methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Certification in digital learning or instructional design (e.g., ATD, ISTE).
