Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Content Creation: Craft engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and resonates with the target audience.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts and create compelling posts to increase brand visibility and engagement. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- SEO and SEM: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and track performance metrics. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Segment email lists, create personalized content, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze digital marketing performance. Generate reports on key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement. Use insights to refine strategies and tactics.
- Online Advertising: Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Monitor campaign budgets, targeting parameters, and ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Website Management: Work closely with web developers to ensure website functionality and user experience meet industry standards. Update website content regularly and implement changes to improve performance and usability.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
