Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency and relevance across all channels.
- Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media accounts to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Plan and execute social media campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our digital assets.
- Paid Advertising: Create and manage online ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions. Segment email lists, craft compelling messages, and track campaign effectiveness.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Use data insights to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Share insights and contribute ideas to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
