About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management: Create and manage social media accounts across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and monitor trends to capitalize on opportunities for growth.
- SEO and SEM Optimization: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve our website's visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs). Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and analyze performance metrics to refine tactics. Additionally, oversee search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products or services, and foster customer loyalty. Segment email lists, create compelling visuals and copy, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize various analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and SEMrush to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate regular reports outlining campaign effectiveness, audience demographics, and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Creative Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, copywriters, and web developers to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational requirement: 12th pass to graduate degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
