Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management: Manage company profiles on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Create compelling posts, run targeted ad campaigns, and monitor metrics to measure performance and optimize strategies.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to enhance online presence.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions. Design appealing emails, segment the audience, and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing KPIs and generate reports to track performance and ROI. Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or others to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, content writers, and developers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital channels.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in digital marketing roles will be an advantage but not mandatory.
