Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Digital Training Consultant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Consultation and Needs Analysis:
- Engage with clients to understand their digital training needs and objectives.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in current digital skills and knowledge.
- Develop customized training solutions that align with client goals and industry best practices.
- Curriculum Design and Development:
- Design and develop comprehensive digital training materials, including e-learning modules, webinars, interactive content, and instructional guides.
- Ensure training content is engaging, effective, and tailored to various learning styles and levels.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders to improve training programs continuously.
- Training Delivery:
- Facilitate virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars using various digital platforms.
- Utilize various instructional techniques to deliver training content and engage participants effectively.
- Provide real-time support and guidance to learners during training sessions to enhance their learning experience.
- Evaluation and Assessment:
- Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Analyze training outcomes and gather participant feedback to assess the impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on evaluation results to inform future training initiatives.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and recommendations on digital training best practices.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to foster positive client experiences.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, including instructional designers, graphic designers, and subject matter experts.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet changing client requirements and deadlines.
- Industry Trends and Innovations:
- Stay current with the latest digital learning and training technology trends and advancements.
- Identify and integrate innovative tools and techniques to enhance training programs and maintain a competitive edge.
- Share knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues to promote continuous improvement and innovation in digital training solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital training, instructional design, or a related role.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering digital training programs using various e-learning platforms and tools.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
- Proficiency in using digital learning technologies, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and data.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with emerging technologies such as augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) in training applications.
- Knowledge of industry-specific training requirements and standards.
- Certification in instructional design or digital training methodologies (e.g., ATD, CPLP, etc.).
