Position Overview:

As a Digital Workplace Improvement Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our digital work environment. This role is designed for a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging technology to optimize productivity, foster collaboration, and drive organizational success. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that streamline digital workflows, improve user experiences, and ensure our digital workplace aligns with the evolving needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Workplace Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement comprehensive digital workplace strategies that align with organizational goals.
    • Assess current digital tools and platforms to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop a roadmap for the integration of new technologies and processes to enhance the digital workplace.
  2. User Experience Enhancement:
    • Analyze user feedback and engagement data to identify areas for improvement in the digital workspace.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centric solutions.
    • Develop and execute training programs to ensure employees can effectively utilize digital tools and resources.
  3. Technology Integration and Optimization:
    • Evaluate and recommend digital tools and platforms that support organizational objectives and improve efficiency.
    • Oversee the implementation of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital tools to ensure they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
  4. Change Management and Adoption:
    • Develop and execute change management plans to facilitate the adoption of new digital tools and processes.
    • Provide guidance and support to teams during transitions, addressing any challenges and ensuring a smooth implementation.
    • Measure and report on the effectiveness of change management efforts and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize data analytics to assess the impact of digital workplace initiatives and identify trends.
    • Prepare detailed reports on digital workplace performance, including recommendations for enhancements.
    • Present findings to senior leadership and other stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
  6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to ensure digital workplace strategies align with overall business objectives.
    • Act as a liaison between employees and technology providers to address issues and gather feedback.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the digital workplace.
  7. Innovation and Research:
    • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in the digital workplace space.
    • Evaluate new tools and methodologies to keep the digital workplace ahead of industry standards.
    • Lead pilot projects to test innovative solutions and assess their potential impact on the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital transformation or change management are a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital workplace strategy, technology integration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms, including collaboration software, cloud solutions, and productivity applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
