Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in diversity and inclusion, human resources, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing D&I strategies and programs within a complex and diverse organization.
  • Strong understanding of D&I principles, best practices, and relevant legislation.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement in D&I efforts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a remote environment and managing remote teams is highly desirable.
