Position Overview:

We seek a proactive and experienced Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Manager to lead and implement our organizationโ€™s diversity and inclusion strategy. As a key player in our Human Resources team, you will drive initiatives that promote an inclusive culture, support diversity goals, and ensure that our workplace reflects a broad spectrum of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive D&I strategy that aligns with the organizationโ€™s goals and values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field; Masterโ€™s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles or related fields.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful D&I programs and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of D&I best practices, relevant legislation, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
