Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations, human resources, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex employee relations issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound recommendations based on data and insights.
