E-Learning Developer

About the Role:
We seek an innovative and highly skilled E-Learning Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement engaging e-learning solutions that meet the diverse needs of our learners. Key Responsibilities:
- Course Development:
- Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Create compelling and interactive content that enhances learner engagement and comprehension.
- Develop and maintain multimedia elements, including graphics, videos, and audio.
- Instructional Design:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and define course objectives.
- Apply instructional design principles to create course content that meets learning goals and adheres to best practices.
- Ensure that courses are aligned with instructional design models and learning theories.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple e-learning development projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to guide the development process.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to course content.
- Quality Assurance:
- Test e-learning modules for functionality, usability, and compatibility across different platforms and devices.
- Review and revise content based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Ensure that all e-learning materials comply with accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in e-learning and instructional design.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the effectiveness of existing e-learning programs.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Masterโs degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-learning development and instructional design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and multimedia editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Instructional Design: Strong understanding of instructional design models, learning theories, and best practices in e-learning.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs, stakeholders, and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification: Certification in instructional design or e-learning development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, or similar) is preferred.
- Experience: Experience with additional authoring tools and technologies (e.g., xAPI, SCORM) is a plus.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry or domain relevant to the e-learning content being developed.
Work Environment:
This is a remote position, allowing for flexible work arrangements. You can work from your preferred location while collaborating with a supportive and talented team. The role requires self-discipline and the ability to work independently, with regular check-ins and virtual meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
