Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-learning development, instructional design, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and user experience best practices.
  • Excellent technical skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and multimedia production.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging,ย interactiveย e-learning content that meets diverse learner needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
