Job Overview

We seek a talented and motivated E-Learning Developer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Course Development: Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software. Ensure courses are visually appealing, pedagogically sound, and align with learning objectives.
  • Collaboration with SMEs: Work closely with SMEs to gather content and insights necessary for course development. Translate complex information into easily understandable learning materials.
  • Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles and theories to create effective learning experiences. Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to identify target audience requirements.
  • Content Management: Organize and maintain digital content and learning resources. Ensure all materials are updated, relevant, and accessible to learners.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and testing of e-learning modules to ensure accuracy, usability, and adherence to best practices. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-learning development or instructional design. Proven track record of creating successful e-learning courses and training programs.
