Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in employee engagement, HR, or a related role, with a successful program management track record.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement theories, best practices, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
