  • Design and implement programs that make employees feel heard, valued, and excited to show up (virtually) every day.
  • Create a dynamic and inclusive company culture through unique initiatives, events, and team-building activities.
  • Develop recognition and rewards programs that make employees feel like the rock stars they are.

💡 Employee Feedback & Insights

  • Develop innovative ways to collect and analyze employee feedback—think pulse surveys, one-on-one check-ins, and trend analysis.
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate feedback into meaningful action plans that improve the work environment.
  • Be the go-to person for employee concerns and advocate for solutions that enhance their overall experience.

🛠 Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Reimagine how we onboard, develop and retain talent through fresh, engaging strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create policies that make work smoother, not more complicated.
  • Keep up with workplace trends to ensure we’re always ahead.

🎨 Creative Storytelling & Communication

  • Lead internal communication efforts, ensuring every message is explicit, fun, and engaging.
  • Craft compelling content that keeps employees informed and inspired (newsletters, videos, social media-style updates—you name it!).
  • Host virtual events, Q&As, and meetups to keep our remote workforce connected.

🏅 Qualifications: What You Bring to the Table

✅ Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in employee experience, HR, culture-building, or internal communications.
  • A strong track record of enhancing workplace culture and engagement.
  • Stellar communication skills (you know how to keep things concise, clear, and engaging!).
  • Experience with employee engagement tools and analytics.
  • A creative mind with the ability to turn ideas into action.
  • Knowledge of remote work best practices and how to keep a distributed team feeling connected.
