💡 About the Role

As an Entry-Level NLP Engineer, you’ll help design and implement solutions that enable machines to understand and process human language. You’ll work with data scientists, product designers, and engineers to bring language-aware applications to life—tools that support everything from chatbots and recommendation engines to inclusive voice assistants.

🤝 What You'll Be Doing

NLP Model Development

• Assist in building and fine-tuning machine learning models for natural language understanding and generation.
• Preprocess and clean diverse text datasets to prepare them for analysis and model training
• Experiment with transformer models, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and intent classification

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to align NLP capabilities with broader product goals.
• Contribute to discussions on ethical AI, language fairness, and algorithmic transparency.
• Participate in weekly team syncs, pair programming sessions, and brainstorming sprints.

Testing & Optimization

• Develop unit tests and model evaluation metrics to ensure system reliability
• Support A/B testing efforts to validate improvements and performance benchmarks
• Monitor model behavior across different user demographics to ensure equity and inclusivity

Core Qualifications
