Overview: We seek an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As an Executive Recruiter, you will identify, attract, and secure high-caliber executives to meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of executive recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and executive hiring requirements.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure search strategy and progress alignment.
    • Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
  2. Search Strategy Development:
    • Develop comprehensive search strategies to identify and attract top executive talent.
    • Create detailed job descriptions and candidate profiles in collaboration with clients to ensure clarity and precision in search criteria.
    • To identify potential candidates, utilize various sourcing methods, including executive search databases, networking, and industry research.
  3. Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
    • Conduct thorough research to build a pool of qualified executive candidates.
    • Approach and engage potential candidates through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
    • Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through in-depth interviews and evaluations.
  4. Interview and Selection Process:
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to clients based on candidate assessments and interview outcomes.
    • Assist clients in managing the selection process, including negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process.
  5. Market Research and Talent Mapping:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools and industry trends.
    • Develop talent maps and pipeline strategies to address future executive hiring needs proactively.
    • Stay informed about industry developments and changes in the executive talent landscape.
  6. Reporting and Metrics:
    • Track and report on key performance metrics related to executive search activities.
    • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on search progress and milestones.
    • Analyze search outcomes and refine strategies based on performance data and feedback.
  7. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Adhere to best practices in executive recruitment to maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics.
    • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in recruitment processes and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully placing senior executives across various industries.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Recruiter) is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
    • Intense research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate top executive talent.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and work independently in a remote environment.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and software to support search activities.
