We seek an experienced and dynamic Head of Recruitment to lead our recruitment team and drive our talent acquisition strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand current and future hiring needs and create strategic plans to address them.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and development opportunities for team members.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and technologies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Develop relationships with key talent pools and industry networks to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
- Process Optimization:
- Streamline and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Implement best practices in recruitment to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Employer Branding:
- Develop and enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top talent and position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment materials and promote the company’s culture and values.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to improve the candidate experience continuously.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and department heads.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and strategies.
- Act as a point of contact for recruitment-related inquiries and issues.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Use data insights to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Head of Recruitment or senior recruitment role, with a track record of successfully leading recruitment teams and driving talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to make informed decisions.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
