Role Overview:
As a Healthcare E-learning Developer, you will design, develop, and implement cutting-edge digital learning solutions tailored for the healthcare industry. Your role will blend educational best practices with the latest technology to create engaging and effective e-learning modules. Key Responsibilities:

• E-learning Content Development: Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, courses, and assessments for healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles to create content that enhances learning outcomes, integrates multimedia, and engages diverse learner profiles.
• Needs Assessment: Collaborate with healthcare organizations, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to identify training needs and learning objectives.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize e-learning tools and platforms, including authoring software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools, to build and deploy content.
• Compliance Integration: Ensure all e-learning content complies with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and accreditation requirements, such as HIPAA or CE/CME guidelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to refine content, enhance usability, and improve training effectiveness.
• Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for multiple e-learning development projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Innovative Learning Solutions: To enhance engagement, explore and implement emerging technologies such as gamification, virtual reality, and AI-driven adaptive learning.
• Documentation and Reporting: Thoroughly document project progress, methodologies, and outcomes to ensure transparency and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in instructional design, education technology, healthcare, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and developing e-learning solutions, preferably for the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and ADDIE or SAM models.
• Familiarity with healthcare training requirements, including medical terminologies, patient safety, and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms, SCORM standards, and other e-learning integration protocols.
• Exceptional creativity in designing visually appealing and interactive content.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with healthcare-specific certifications or accreditation processes.
