🔍 Role Overview
As a Higher Education E-learning Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing online courses that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. You will work with faculty, instructional designers, and technical teams to create high-quality, interactive learning content that is accessible, scalable, and pedagogically sound.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Course Development & Instructional Design
- Design and implement online courses that align with higher education curriculum standards.
- Develop instructional content that integrates multimedia elements, gamification, and interactive assessments.
- Apply instructional design models to ensure compelling online learning experiences.
🔹 LMS Integration & Content Management
- Develop and deploy courses within Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard, Moodle, and Canvas.
- Ensure content is optimized for seamless delivery across different platforms and devices.
- Maintain and update digital learning resources to keep content fresh and engaging.
🔹 Multimedia Creation & Interactive Learning Elements
- Utilize e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) to create interactive lessons.

🎓 Educational Background & Experience
