Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- I assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and organizing files.
- Prepare and distribute HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
- Recruitment Assistance:
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication.
- Conducted preliminary screenings and gathered candidate information for the recruitment team.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and assisting new hires with completing necessary documentation.
- Manage the offboarding process by coordinating exit interviews and ensuring proper documentation is filed.
- Employee Relations Support:
- Address employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving minor workplace concerns and escalating complex issues to senior HR staff.
- Training and Development:
- Support the organization of training sessions and workshops, including scheduling and sending invitations to participants.
- Track employee participation and maintain records of training programs.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations by keeping accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and compliance checks.
- HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations to support HR strategy development.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software or systems.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service-oriented approach.
