Key Responsibilities

  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts through effective communication, mediation, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, recognition programs, and initiatives that enhance job satisfaction.
  • Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary actions by company policies and legal requirements.

4. Learning and Development:

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in employee relations, talent management, and strategic HR partnership.
