About the Role:

We seek an experienced and highly organized HR Coordinator to join our team remotely. The HR Coordinator will support our Human Resources department in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This dynamic role is suited for someone with a strong background in HR practices who excels in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding processes, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
    • Ensure new employees have the tools and resources to begin their roles effectively.
  2. Employee Relations and Support:
    • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, including benefits, policies, and procedures.
