About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Software Trainer to join our dynamic team. As an HR Software Trainer, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our HR software solutions are effectively utilized by our clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions, creating educational materials, and providing ongoing support to enhance the users' experience and proficiency with our software.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Delivery:
    • Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for clients and internal employees on our HR software systems.
    • Develop and deliver engaging, interactive presentations and demonstrations that cater to different learning styles and levels of expertise.
    • Customize training programs based on client needs, including onboarding new users and advanced training for experienced users.
  2. Educational Content Development:
    • Create and maintain training materials such as user manuals, quick reference guides, video tutorials, and e-learning modules.
    • Develop and update content to reflect software updates, new features, and best practices.
    • Design and implement assessment tools to evaluate trainee progress and software understanding.
  3. Client and Internal Support:
    • Provide pre-training consultations to assess client needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
    • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-training to ensure successful software adoption and usage.
    • Collaborate with the Customer Support and Product Development teams to address and resolve software issues or feedback from users.
  4. Training Program Management:
    • Schedule and manage training sessions, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
    • Monitor and report on training effectiveness, gather feedback from participants and make necessary adjustments to improve future training sessions.
    • Track and document training metrics, including attendance, participant satisfaction, and knowledge retention.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in HR software and training methodologies.
    • Identify opportunities for enhancing training programs and tools to better serve our clients and internal teams.
    • Share best practices and innovative approaches with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in HR software or instructional design are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training or teaching HR software applications. Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software systems and related technologies. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training tools. Ability to troubleshoot software issues and provide solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly. Strong presentation skills and experience in conducting virtual and live training sessions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals, including clients, team members, and stakeholders. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality training experiences.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a remote position, offering flexibility in work location. A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup are required.
  • Occasional travel may be required for in-person training sessions or client meetings.
  • Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate clients across different time zones.
