Position Overview:

We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Systems Administrator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will manage, maintain, and optimize our HR systems and technologies, ensuring HR functions are efficient and effective. Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Management and Maintenance:
    • Oversee the day-to-day administration of HR systems, including the HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and other related technologies.
    • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly, liaising with vendors as necessary.
  2. Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Generate and analyze reports on various HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, etc.) to support decision-making processes.
    • Develop and implement data entry, retrieval, and reporting processes to optimize data accuracy and accessibility.
  3. Process Improvement:
    • Collaborate with HR team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within HR operations.
    • Assist in designing and implementing new HR system functionalities and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology to propose innovative solutions.
  4. Training and Support:
    • Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on using HR systems and tools, including documentation of procedures and user guides.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration or a similar role, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other related HR technologies (experience with specific platforms such as Workday, ADP, or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in project management methodologies and tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to HR practices.
