Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Design and Architecture:
    • Develop and articulate HR technology solutions that address complex HR needs and align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in HR technology is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, HR Technology Consultant, or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and technology solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and other HR technology platforms, with hands-on experience in implementation and integration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering technology solutions that address complex HR needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
