Key Responsibilities:
- HR Systems Support:
- Provide technical support for HR systems, including HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and performance management platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to address and resolve technical problems and improve system functionality.
- System Maintenance and Upgrades:
- Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of HR technology systems.
- Support system upgrades and patches, including testing and validating new features and functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal system efficiency.
- User Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training sessions using HR systems and tools for HR staff and employees.
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other documentation to support system usage.
- Act as a point of contact for user inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions to technical issues.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within systems by performing regular audits and data validation.
- Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement data management best practices.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Participate in project planning and execution for HR technology initiatives, including system integrations and enhancements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR technology to provide innovative solutions.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure HR systems comply with relevant regulations, policies, and data protection standards.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard sensitive HR data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Assist in preparing for audits and addressing compliance-related issues.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand system needs and requirements.
- Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders regarding system updates, issues, and resolutions.
- Foster a collaborative environment to address and resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with a focus on HR systems.
- Strong understanding of HR technology, including HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing practical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience with data management and reporting tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices in HR technology security.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with specific HR software platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) is highly desirable.
- Certification in relevant technical or HR fields (e.g., CompTIA, SHRM) is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is beneficial.
