Key Responsibilities:

  2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategy.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems.
  3. Technology Integration:
    • Work with IT and other departments to integrate HR technology with existing systems and tools, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.
