HR Technology Analyst

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- System Implementation and Management:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and software, including but not limited to HRIS, ATS, LMS, and payroll systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of HR technologies.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports on various HR metrics, including employee engagement, turnover rates, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive HR initiatives and improve organizational performance.
- Process Optimization:
- Evaluate current HR processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Design and implement process enhancements to streamline HR operations and reduce manual intervention.
- Develop and maintain documentation for HR processes and systems, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support and guidance to HR staff and end-users on using HR systems and tools.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure users are proficient in utilizing HR technologies.
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and system vendors to address and resolve user issues and system-related queries.
- Project Management:
- Lead and participate in HR technology projects, including system upgrades, new implementations, and process redesigns.
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and report project status to stakeholders.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure HR systems and processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive employee data and ensure data privacy.
- Audit HR systems to ensure compliance and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Innovation and Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in HR technology and industry best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools that could enhance HR functions and contribute to the organization's goals.
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to keep our HR technology landscape current and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, HRIS) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR technology or a related field, with a proven track record in system implementation, data analysis, and process optimization.
- Strong technical skills and experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and system integrity.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with specific HR technologies such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA.
Work Environment:
- This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in work location.
- Regular collaboration with HR, IT, and other departments will be conducted virtually.
- Occasional travel for training or project-related meetings may be required.
