As an HR Business Partner Specialist, you will be pivotal in shaping and implementing human resources strategies that align with our companyโs business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support those goals.
- Provide expert advice and counsel on HR-related matters, including organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and executives, offering insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Talent Management:
- Partner with managers to identify talent needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Led and supported talent acquisition efforts, including developing job descriptions, interview processes, and selection criteria.
- Oversee employee development programs, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations:
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, inclusivity, and employee engagement.
- Implement and monitor initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ensure that HR practices are consistent with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and organizational performance.
- Prepare and present reports on key HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and other relevant data.
- Change Management:
- Support organizational change initiatives by guiding change management strategies and communication plans.
- Assist in designing and implementing restructuring efforts, including workforce reductions, role changes, and reorganization.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and collaborate with learning and development teams to create and deliver training programs.
- Support the development of leadership and management skills through coaching and mentoring.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, with a strong background in employee relations, talent management, and HR strategy.
- Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Ability to thrive in remote work, demonstrating strong self-discipline, time management, and organizational skills.
