Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HRIS Consultant to join our team in a remote capacity. As an HRIS Consultant, you will be pivotal in optimizing and managing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring that it effectively supports the organization's HR functions and meets its operational needs. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to implement, configure, and enhance HRIS solutions, providing technical expertise and support throughout the system's lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Configuration and Implementation:
    • Lead and manage the configuration, customization, and implementation of HRIS solutions.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, ensuring alignment with HR and business objectives.
    • Oversee system integration with other HR and business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  2. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
    • Provide technical support for HRIS users, addressing and resolving system issues and user inquiries.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose system problems, working with vendors or IT teams to implement solutions.
    • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and support activities.
  3. System Optimization and Upgrades:
    • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or enhancements to optimize functionality and user experience.
    • Stay updated on HRIS trends, best practices, and new technologies, evaluating their potential impact on current systems.
    • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and other modifications, coordinating with IT and other relevant teams to ensure minimal disruption.
  4. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain HRIS data management processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
    • Created and generated reports and dashboards for HR and management, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.
  5. User Training and Support:
    • Design and deliver training programs for HRIS users, ensuring they understand and effectively utilize system features.
    • Create user guides, documentation, and other resources to support system adoption and usage.
    • Serve as a point of contact for user feedback and system improvement suggestions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HRIS Consultant or similar role, with a strong understanding of HRIS systems and their functionality.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and related technologies.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in developing and delivering user training and support.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices in data management.
