Job Summary:ย We seek an experienced HRIS (Human Resource Information System) Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The HRIS Manager will be responsible for the strategic oversight, management, and enhancement of our HRIS systems, ensuring they align with organizational goals and effectively support our HR operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise,ย project management skills, and strategic thinking to drive the optimization of our HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HRIS Strategy and Management:
    • Develop and implement the HRIS strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and user satisfaction.
    • Evaluate and recommend HRIS solutions and tools to enhance system capabilities and performance.
  2. System Implementation and Upgrades:
    • Lead the planning and execution of HRIS system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
    • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to identify requirements, configure systems, and test new functionalities.
    • Manage the entire lifecycle of HRIS projects, including scope, timelines, and budget.
  3. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, management, and security within the HRIS.
    • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making and HR operations.
    • Analyze HRIS data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
  4. User Support and Training:
    • Provide support and guidance to HRIS users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterโ€™s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing HRIS systems, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft.
  • Strong technical skills, including system configuration, data management, and report generation proficiency.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
