  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with a proven track record of developing effective learning solutions. Experience with remote or virtual learning environments is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and multimedia development tools. Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
