Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Communication Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute internal communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Create and manage communication plans for key initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Write, edit, and proofread internal communications, including newsletters, bulletins, announcements, and reports.
- Develop engaging content for various channels such as email, intranet, and social media platforms.
- Ensure all content is clear, concise, and tailored to the target audience within the organization.
- Employee Engagement:
- Implement and manage initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
- Organize and promote internal events, webinars, and meetings to encourage employee participation and collaboration.
- Feedback and Evaluation:
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication strategies and initiatives.
- Collect and evaluate employee feedback to assess the impact of communication efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with various departments to gather information and ensure consistent messaging across all internal communications.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing communication-related concerns and queries.
- Crisis Communication:
- Assist in the development and execution of crisis communication plans to address sensitive issues and maintain transparency.
- Provide support during organizational change or crisis, ensuring precise and timely communication to all stakeholders.
- Intranet and Digital Tools Management:
- Oversee the management and content of the company’s intranet and other internal digital tools.
- Ensure the intranet is up-to-date, user-friendly, and a valuable resource for employees.
- Training and Support:
- Provide guidance and training to employees on effective communication practices and tools.
- Develop and deliver communication training programs to enhance overall communication skills within the organization.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on communication activities, metrics, and outcomes.
- Maintain documentation related to communication strategies, campaigns, and feedback for reference and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal, corporate, or related roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, content management systems, social media).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- Experience in crisis communication and employee engagement is a plus.
