Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
    • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
    • Analyze current and future staffing needs to ensure that the company has a consistent pipeline of talented candidates.
    • Stay updated on market trends, recruitment best practices, and tools to continually optimize the hiring process.
  2. Sourcing and Candidate Identification:

    • Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline to ensure timely recruitment of top talent.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates based on the job descriptions and company standards.
