Your Role: What Will You Do?

As a K-12 E-Learning Developer, you’ll be the mastermind behind creating engaging, interactive, and accessible digital content for young learners. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and creative teams to develop e-learning modules that captivate students and enhance their educational journey.

Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Create interactive e-learning content, courses, and simulations using industry-standard tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and similar platforms.
• Bring Lessons to Life: Develop engaging animations, gamified experiences, and multimedia assets that resonate with K-12 learners.
• Collaborate: Work closely with curriculum designers and educators to guarantee that content meets educational goals and curriculum standards, curriculum standards, and educational best practices.
• Accessibility First: Ensure all e-learning materials are available and accommodating to a diverse range of learners, including individuals with varying abilities.
• Iterate and innovate: Analyze teacher, student, and stakeholder feedback to enhance content quality and impact consistently.

• Creative Vision: An eye for design and a knack for making content visually appealing and interactive.
• Instructional Design Know-How: Familiarity with instructional design principles and learning theories, especially for young learners.
• Adaptability: Experience creating content for various subjects, grade levels, and formats (e.g., gamified modules, animations, quizzes).
• Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills—you’ll work with designers, educators, and tech experts.
• Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: The ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges during content development.
