We seek a highly motivated and experienced Leadership Development Consultant to join our team remotely. Key Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate leaders on best practices in leadership, communication, and team dynamics.

  3. Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Strong understanding of leadership theories, models, and assessment tools (e.g., 360-degree feedback, personality assessments).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with coaching methodologies and practices; certification in coaching (e.g., ICF) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently remotely while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
