Position Overview:

We seek an innovative and experienced Learning Experience Architect to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Development:
    • Create comprehensive learning experiences incorporating adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and best user experience (UX) design practices.
    • Develop engaging and interactive learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, simulations, and assessments.
    • Utilize various media and tools (such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Learning Management Systems) to enhance the learning experience.
  2. Needs Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps, audience requirements, and performance improvement opportunities.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives, outcomes, and success metrics.

  3. User-Centered Design:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in instructional design or learning experience design are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field. Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning solutions and interactive content.
  • Skills:
    • Strong proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Excellent understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and user-centered design principles.
    • Ability to analyze data and feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
